Notice
The data controller is Dr Claudio Scrocca, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Rome, operating under the TrustAdvisory mark, VAT no. IT10121750581. The controller's professional address is Piazzale Ardigò 38, 00142 Rome, Italy and can be reached at claudio.scrocca@trustadvisory.it and on +39 06 39727924.
The request form on this site collects the applicant's identification and contact details, their organisation and the information the applicant chooses to provide about the matter. This data is processed in order to answer the request, to carry out a preliminary assessment and, where applicable, to start the professional relationship, as well as for legal obligations, including customer due diligence under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2007 should an engagement follow.
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, and on compliance with the controller's legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary in order to act on the request; without it the request cannot be handled.
Data is processed by electronic and paper means, with appropriate technical and organisational measures. It is retained for the time needed to answer the request and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the relationship and for the retention periods required by civil, tax and anti-money-laundering legislation. Requests that do not lead to a professional relationship are kept only for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and are then deleted.
Data is not disseminated. It may be shared with collaborators and professionals working with the controller, bound by professional secrecy, and with the technical service providers needed to operate the website and email, acting as data processors. It may also be disclosed to the competent authorities in the cases provided for by law. No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is envisaged.
Anyone requesting access to a document in the archive provides their name, role, organisation, email address and the purpose of the request. This data is processed in order to assess the request, decide whether to grant access and keep a record of the authorisations granted. The legal basis is the consent given on submission, together with the controller's legitimate interest in documenting to whom restricted material has been sent. Data remains on the server hosting the website, is not shared with third parties and is retained for as long as needed to manage the authorisation and to evidence it. Where access is granted, a personal expiring link is generated; only the number and date of downloads are recorded. The requester's IP address is not recorded.
The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation by writing to claudio.scrocca@trustadvisory.it. The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority remains unaffected.
The site uses no profiling cookies and no traffic analytics. The visitor's language preference is stored in the browser's local storage, remains on the visitor's device and is not transmitted to the controller. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address solely in order to deliver the font.
